Adding Money to Your Wallet

Adding money to your PassCash wallet, also called “cash in”, allows you to send money, pay merchants, and manage your funds. You can do this online via the PassCash website or in person at an authorized PassCash Agent.

 


 

Option 1: Adding Money via Browser

Step 1: Access Money Operations

  1. Open the PassCash website and log in to your account.

  2. On the sidebar, click “Money Operations”.

  3. Select “Add Money”.

Step 2: Select Wallet

  • If you have multiple wallets, choose the wallet you want to add money to.

Step 3: Choose Payment Method

  • Select your preferred payment method:

    • Bank Transfer – transfer funds from your bank account.

    • Other Supported Methods – depending on your region or account setup.

Step 4: Enter Amount

  • Type the amount you want to add to your wallet.

  • Double-check the wallet and payment method details before proceeding.

Step 5: Confirm Transaction

  • Click “Add Money” to complete the process.

  • Follow any additional instructions provided for your selected payment method.

Step 6: Transaction Confirmation

  • Your wallet balance will update immediately once the transaction is successful.

  • A confirmation notification or receipt will appear.

 


 

Option 2: Adding Money via a PassCash Agent (In Person Only)

  1. Visit an authorized PassCash Agent in person.

  2. Provide the agent with either:

    • Your wallet ID, or

    • Allow them to scan your PassCash app/QR code on your mobile device.

  3. Give the agent the cash amount you want to add.

  4. The agent will process the transaction, and your wallet balance will update immediately.

  5. You will receive a confirmation notification or receipt on your app.

Important:

  • Cash-in at a PassCash agent cannot be done online; you must visit the agent in person.

 


 

Tips for Safe Cash In:

  • Only use official PassCash channels and verified agents.

  • Verify the wallet selected before completing the transaction.

  • Keep your transaction receipt for your records.

  • Never share your password or PIN with the agent.
