Bank Transfers to/from Wallet

PassCash allows users to move money between their bank account and wallet. You can either fund your wallet from your bank or withdraw funds from your wallet to your bank account.

Bank transfers are processed securely and are ideal for users who prefer not to use cash or agents.

Funding Your Wallet from a Bank Account

1. Log in to your PassCash account.

2. On the sidebar, click Money Operations → Add Money.

3. Select Bank Transfer as your payment method.

4. Enter the amount to add to your wallet.

5. Follow the instructions to complete the bank transfer.

6. Once the transfer is confirmed by the bank, your wallet balance will update.

Withdrawing Funds to Your Bank Account

1. Log in to your PassCash account.

2. On the sidebar, click Money Operations → Withdraw.

3. Select your bank account or add a new one.

4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.

5. Confirm the withdrawal.

6. Funds will be transferred to your bank account. Processing time may vary depending on the bank.

Important Notes

• Only verified bank accounts can be linked to your PassCash wallet.

• Ensure you enter correct bank details to avoid failed transfers.

• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

Tips for Safe Bank Transfers

• Always double-check the amount and bank details before confirming.

• Keep a receipt or transaction reference for each transfer.

• Contact PassCash Support immediately if funds do not appear in your wallet or bank account.
