Cash In via PassCash Agents

PassCash allows users to add money to their wallets in person through authorized PassCash Agents. This is a safe and convenient way to top up your wallet without using online payment methods.

Important: Cash-in via agents must be done in person. Online or remote cash-in is not available.

 

 

How to Cash In at a PassCash Agent

  1. Find an Authorized Agent

    • Locate a nearby PassCash Agent using the app or official directory.

  2. Provide Your Wallet Details

    • Give the agent your wallet ID, or

    • Allow the agent to scan your PassCash app/QR code on your mobile device.

  3. Give the Cash Amount

    • Hand over the amount you want to add to your wallet.

  4. Agent Processes the Transaction

    • The agent will confirm and process your cash-in.

    • Your wallet balance will update immediately.

  5. Receive Confirmation

    • You will receive a receipt or notification confirming the cash-in.
