Cash Out via PassCash Agents

PassCash allows users to withdraw money from their wallet in person through authorized PassCash Agents. This feature provides a secure way to access your funds as cash.

Important: Cash-out via agents must be done in person. PassCash does not support remote or online cash-out.

How to Cash Out at a PassCash Agent

1. Find an Authorized Agent

   • Locate a nearby PassCash Agent using the app or official agent directory.

2. Provide Your Wallet Details

   • Show the agent your wallet ID, or

   • Allow the agent to scan your PassCash app/QR code on your mobile device.

3. Request the Cash Amount

   • Specify the amount you want to withdraw from your wallet.

4. Agent Processes the Transaction

   • The agent confirms the transaction and hands you the cash.

   • Your wallet balance will update immediately to reflect the withdrawal.

5. Receive Confirmation

   • You will receive a receipt or notification confirming the cash-out.

Tips for Safe Cash Out

• Only use official PassCash Agents.

• Verify your wallet ID and the cash amount before the agent processes the transaction.

• Never share your PIN or password.

• Keep your transaction receipt for your records.
