Account Lockout & Recovery

If you are unable to access your PassCash account due to a forgotten password, locked account, or other issues, this guide will help you regain access safely and securely.

 


 

Step 1: Forgot Password

  1. On the PassCash login page, click “Forgot Password?”.

  2. Enter your registered email address.

  3. Open your email and find the verification link from PassCash.

  4. Click the link and create a new password.

  • Use a strong, unique password.

Step 2: Locked Account

If your account is locked due to multiple failed login attempts:

  1. Wait a few minutes for the automatic unlock (if applicable).
