What type of card is this?

The Digital USD Virtual Debit Card is a virtual Visa debit card linked to your PassCash account.

It allows users to make secure online and in-store payments using funds from their PassCash balance.

How to Get a Virtual USD Debit Card

To create your card:

Step 1: Access Your Dashboard

Log in to your PassCash account and open your dashboard.

Step 2: Open Virtual Card Section

Select Virtual Card from the menu.

Step 3: Create a New Card

Click Create Card to start the application process.

Step 4: Enter Your Details

Fill in the required personal information.

Step 5: Complete KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required by our card provider and partner bank for compliance and security purposes.

Step 6: Card Activation

Once approved, your virtual card will be created and activated in your account.

Step 7: Existing Users

Existing PassCash users who are already verified can create a new virtual card directly from the Virtual Card section.

KYC may still be required if additional verification is requested.

Currency

All cards are issued in USD (United States Dollar).

Where can I use the card?

You can use your card for:

1. Online purchases
2. International transactions
3. Subscriptions
4. In-store payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay

Note: Some merchants may decline virtual or prepaid cards depending on their policies.

Mobile Wallet Support

The card can be added to Apple Pay and Google Pay for contactless payments.

How Payments Work

1. All transactions are deducted directly from your card balance in real time.
2. To use the card, you must transfer funds from your PassCash account balance to your card balance.
3. On first card issuance, $10 USD will be deducted from your PassCash account and loaded onto your card.

Fees

Card issuance fee: 5.00 USD (one-time)
Loading fee: 4% transfer from your PassCash balance to your card

No fees are charged when using the card for purchases

No monthly fees

Important Notes

1. You must have sufficient funds in your PassCash account before creating or loading your card
   On first card issuance, 10 USD will be deducted from your account and loaded onto your card.
2. The card can only be used up to the available card balance, not your main account balance
   Users can create up to 4 virtual cards per account.
3. Card issuance is subject to successful KYC verification.
4. Some transactions may be declined depending on the merchant.
