How to Get a Physical USD Debit Card

To request your card:

Step 1: Access Your Dashboard

Log in to your PassCash account and open your dashboard.

Step 2: Open Virtual Card Section

Select Virtual Card from the menu.

Step 3: Request Physical Card

Choose the option to order a physical card.

Step 4: Enter Your Details

Provide your shipping address and required personal information.

Step 5: Complete KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required by our card provider and partner bank for compliance and security purposes.

Step 6: Payment and Processing

Pay the card issuance fee and submit your request.

Step 7: Shipping and Delivery

Once approved, your physical card will be printed and shipped to your address.
