Installing the PassCash WordPress Payment Gateway allows merchants to accept secure digital payments directly on their WordPress and WooCommerce websites.
This guide walks you through the full installation and setup process.
Download the PassCash Payment Gateway plugin ZIP file HERE.
Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard
Navigate to Plugins → Add New
Click Upload Plugin
Select the passcash-payment.zip file and click Install Now
Once installation is complete, click Activate Plugin
Navigate to WooCommerce → Settings
Click the Payments tab
Locate PassCash Payment Gateway in the list
Enable the gateway
Click Manage (or Set up) to open the configuration page
Set the payment Title and Description as you want them to appear at checkout
Enter your:
API URL
API Key
Secret Key
These credentials can be found in your PassCash Merchant App or Dashboard
Enable Sandbox Mode if you are testing
Click Save changes
Go to Pages → Add New
Use the Gutenberg editor
Add WooCommerce blocks such as:
Checkout Block for the checkout page
You may also use WooCommerce block patterns for faster setup
Create pages for Cart, Checkout, and My Account
Add the following shortcode to the checkout page content:

Once setup is complete, customers will see PassCash as a payment option during checkout.
Payments are processed securely and credited instantly to your PassCash merchant wallet.

If you do not yet have a merchant account, register as a PassCash merchant and complete verification before using the plugin.
