Keeping your PassCash account information up to date is important for security and smooth transactions. This guide explains how to update your personal information safely.

 


 

Step 1: Access Account Settings

  1. Open the PassCash app or website.

  2. Tap or click on your Profile (your avatar at the top).

  3. Select “Settings”.

  4. Then go to “Account Settings”.

 



Step 2: Update Your Details

You can update the following:

  • Full Name – ensure it matches your ID for KYC purposes

  • Email Address – used for login and notifications

  • Phone Number – used for login, verification, and notifications

  • Residential Address – required for verification and compliance

Tip:

  • Make sure your name and address match your government-issued ID.

  • Use an active email and phone number to receive verification codes.


 

Step 3: Verify Changes

  • Some changes may require verification via email, SMS, or uploaded documents.
