How to Complete Your KYC Verification

To fully access all features on PassCash, you are required to complete your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This process helps verify your identity, protect your account, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

 

You can complete your KYC directly from your Settings area.

 

Step 1: Go to Settings

Log into your PassCash account and navigate to the Settings section from your dashboard.

This is where all account verification and security options are managed.

 

Step 2: Open KYC Verification

Inside Settings, locate the KYC / Verification tab.

Here you will be able to:

  • View your current KYC status
  • Access your verification history
  • Start or update your KYC process

 

Step 3: Start Verification

If your KYC is not completed, click on the verification option to begin the process.

You will be asked to provide identity documents.

 

Step 4: Upload Required Documents

You may need to submit the following:

  • Government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, or driver’s license)
  • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official document)
  • Selfie or live verification (if requested)

Make sure all documents are:

  • Clear and readable
  • Not expired
  • Matching your account information

 

Step 5: Submit for Review

Once all documents are uploaded, submit your application for review.

Our compliance team will verify your information according to regulatory standards.

 

Step 6: Wait for Approval

After submission:

  • Your status will be updated in the Settings section
  • You will be notified once your KYC is approved or requires action

 

KYC Status Explained

Inside Settings, your verification may show:

  • Pending – Your documents are under review
  • Approved – Your identity has been successfully verified
  • Rejected – Your submission did not meet requirements
  • Requires Action – You must correct and resubmit documents

To avoid delays or rejection:

  • Ensure documents are clear and not blurry
  • Use valid, unexpired identification
  • Make sure your personal details match across all documents
  • Avoid cropped or edited images
